¡Qué agotador es intentar vivir en el presente
sin pensar en el pasado ni en el futuro.
La paz me elude constantemente como un espejismo.
Mi conciencia está firmemente
anclada en el insignificante 'yo y lo mío'.
Intento sinceramente entregarme ahora,
para siempre a los pies de lo Divino.

How exhausting it is to try to live in the present
without thinking about the past or the future.
Peace constantly eludes me like a mirage.
My consciousness is firmly
anchored in the insignificant 'me and mine'.
I sincerely try to surrender now,
forever, at the feet of the Divine.
